To Eye Candy By Kathy jewelry is all about self expression. One of many ways we can express ourselves to others and even to ourselves. We NEED clothes, purses are helpful, shoes unless you live on a beach(lucky girl!!) are pretty much mandatory.
Sure, we can express ourselves somewhat with all of these. Even with our hairdos but jewelry, Ooh-la-la, is our chance to really make a statement. Whether we whisper or shout or something in between, that's where an outfit can become UNIQUELY personal!!
If it's true that clothes make the woman it's also true that jewelry defines the attitude. I want the attitude I convey to be one of a free spirit but also one of self-assurance most days. Then there are the WATCH OUT WORLD days when I just want to funk it up, no holds barred!!!
Really, isn't life just way too short to be taken so seriously? Jewelry is our treat to ourselves!! Unlike chocolate it lasts and doesn't require expand-o waistbands!
